Founder & Principal Organizer
I’m Hadiyah Alexander, a Professional Organizer with more than ten years of hands-on experience and the President of NAPO Arizona. I built Neat With Ease around one belief: your home should serve you, not the other way around.
My Story
Organizing was part of me long before it was my work. My parents remember my knack for order as early as age two, and by high school, family, friends, classmates, and even teachers were asking for my help. What stayed with me wasn’t how the spaces looked. It was how differently people felt afterward: relief, confidence, and a sense of control.
I earned my B.A. in Mass Communication in 2013, completed coursework through NAPO, and apprenticed with seasoned organizers across Phoenix and Scottsdale. Nearly three years at The Container Store in Scottsdale taught me that a container alone never solves the problem. My years as a personal assistant taught me to anticipate what someone needs and take it off their plate before they have to ask.
Since then, I’ve helped clients through busy careers, growing families, moves, downsizing, caregiving, grief, and every transition in between.

Kenny brings more than ten years of framing and construction experience to every project, from furniture assembly and shelving to storage installs, hanging artwork, and small repairs. Clients mention his hard work and the care he brings into their homes.
For whole-home projects and moves, I bring in Professional Organizers I’ve worked with for years, so larger jobs move quickly without losing the personal attention. Every team member works to my plan and my standards.
