Before I started Neat With Ease, I worked at The Container Store in Scottsdale. I learned that the right product helps, but a container alone never solves the problem. My years as a personal assistant taught me the rest: how to anticipate what someone needs and take it off their plate before they have to ask.
Today I lead every project and stay your point of contact from start to finish. Kenny, my Project Lead, and my trusted team carry out the hands-on work to my plan and my standards.

Every project is quoted after our consultation, based on the scope, timeline, and team size your home needs. No two homes are alike, so no two plans are either.
Not necessarily. You stay part of the decisions that matter, and we agree up front on what needs you and what I can handle on my own.
Yes. I’ll recommend what the space needs, and you can buy it yourself or have me take care of the shopping.
Yes. I help before, during, and after a move: decluttering what shouldn’t come with you, packing your home room by room on your timeline, coordinating your professional movers, and unpacking and setting up your new home.
My team takes smaller donations and discards with us. For larger items, I help coordinate pickup so nothing becomes a new pile somewhere else.
It starts with a free 20-minute phone or Zoom call, with no commitment, so you can ask anything. From there, you can book an optional Private Home Assessment. I walk through your home and give you a plan with product suggestions for your needs, and the assessment fee is credited toward any project booked within a year.
Yes. Not local, or prefer to work together from a distance? After a free 20-minute call, we get right to work over video, one hour at a time.
