Our esteemed members of NAPO-AZ, today, I stand before you with a profound sense of gratitude and responsibility as we commemorate two decades of unwavering dedication to our shared vision. It is an honor to address you as the newly appointed President of NAPO-AZ.

First, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Sarah, whose incredible leadership has steered our chapter with grace and vision over the past three years. Sarah, your mentorship has been invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for your guidance and encouragement. Your belief in my potential has been a guiding light on my journey.

As I step into this role, I am keenly aware of the formidable legacy left by those who came before me. The shoes I now fill are indeed big, but I embrace the challenge with unwavering resolve and dedication to our common mission.

Reflecting on my journey, I am also reminded of the unwavering support of my family and friends, whose love and encouragement have been the bedrock of my endeavors. Their steadfast belief in my abilities and constant reminders of who I’ve always been, has encouraged me to pursue my dreams, even in the face of uncertainty.

Three years ago, I embarked on a journey fueled by passion and driven by a desire to lead. It was a leap of faith—a decision to forge my own path professionally and personally. And though the path was fraught with challenges, it was also illuminated by moments of clarity and conviction.
In the pursuit of my dreams, I have been overjoyed by the support of a remarkable community—the organizers, business partners, past presidents, board members, and fellow members of NAPO-AZ and NAPO National. Your encouragement has been a source of strength, and your camaraderie, a testament to the power of collaboration.

NAPO-AZ is not merely an organization; it represents a beacon of possibility—a catalyst for growth and transformation in both our personal and professional lives. Together, we embody the spirit of community and solidarity, fostering an environment where each member is empowered to thrive.
