Sensitive Organizing, Paper Management, Donation Coordination
Timeline
Two sessions
The Situation
After losing her husband, my client had not been able to go into his office. Papers, keepsakes, and everyday items were all mixed together.
What Mattered to My Client
She wanted to keep what held meaning, find the important paperwork, and turn the room into a space she could use again.
My Approach
We did the first pass so she didn’t have to. My team separated the room into what might be sentimental, what was paperwork, and what could go. She only made the decisions that were truly hers.
What We Handled
Sorting, paper organization and filing, keepsake storage, and donation coordination.
The Result
The room is hers again. The things she wanted to keep are out where she can see them, and the paperwork is filed where she can find it.
Pro Tip
Don’t start by sorting. Start by having someone group things into keep, decide, and paperwork, so your energy goes to the choices that matter.
